What to expect
Before your 1st session
After your 15 minute complementary discovery call you’ll receive a secure online questionnaire in which you will answer questions about your health history, nutrition status, favorite foods, and more.
During our first comprehensive 60-minute session, we will review your health and nutrition history, as well as lifestyle habits like sleep, mood, energy and stress. We will identify your obstacles and develop realistic, sustainable goals and personalised strategies to fit your lifestyle. You will be provided with all the education, tools, and support you need to start! Sessions are held via Zoom (video call).
Follow up sessions
During our 30-45 minute follow-up sessions, we will review your achievements and obstacles, and modify or set new goals. I will provide you with continuous education and support and once you reach your goals, we will work on how to maintain both your new healthy habits and your results.
